Drainage Issues (2 locations)

  1. Drainage issues between houses on north side of winchester dr
    1. home owner hired independent engineer to estimate needed repairs and create the plans required by county drainage board.  (feb 2011)
    2. next step will be to get approvals from  county, notify homeowners and kick off work.  inital grading estimates are approx $1300.
  2. Erosion issue on drainage easment flowing into pond on winchester dr.
    1. significant damages due to flood erosion
    2. next steps understand past work and estimates; get new estimates/plans; County approvals
