There are/have been a few places where stop signs and street signs are damaged, missing or weathered.Â
Highway department is aware and will be addressing soon. Please keep an eye out for vandals and give the Sheriff’s Department a call if you see suspicious activity.
At the annual meeting, Matt F asked about a street sweeper service from Johnson Co. I called and the the highway department put OBM on their list. Turns out the equipment is broken-down at the moment but expected to be running again soon.
I contacted the Johnson Co. Highway department last week to inform them of big issue with standing water and damage on Wembly Road. I also asked them to evaluate the general condition of the streets in the neighborhood given the large number of cracks. They will be sending out someone asap.
We did an evaluation of the status of this pond earlier in the month. I closed the evaluation 
post but will keep this post in the issue list until a replacement decision is made.

This Fountain Failed on July 1 2010 and has not been replaced. We have obtained a quote for a replacement fountain and requested a second quote for an aeration system. Given the large cost to replace, future budgeting/project discussions will be needed prior to next years budget approval.A neighbor recent commented that there have been no spring flowers planted at the entrance this year. There is money in the budget for flowers but unfortunately we have had no volunteers yet. If anyone is interested please drop us a voice mail or email.
