We knocked off most of the action items listed in the minutes. Great work everyone! Still have a ton to do. Looking forward to this weekends meeting and a chance to meeting the Buckmoor board. Voice mails and emails to our new address and site are trickling in. Thanks to all, for the kind words.
Here is the rough agenda for our first meeting. We have a ton of transition items to discuss. 1st priorities are keeping the lights on, assess the state of the HOA and neighborhood, and then start tackling issues.
